I think if you used a lighter foundation and maybe add some green so it can be a little more festive would be nice. Also work on the streak across the cheek. I realize you're trying to create that corpse look but it needs to be blended a little better. The nose also needs to be a little darker. But overall I like the concept and idea.

Thanks for the tips - but I didn't apply the make-up. And this was a last minute shoot so neither of us had stage make-up at our disposal, just regular everyday stuff. lol .. we had fun anyway.

shouldn't this go into the "makeup" category?

Where is there a make-up category? ^-^

I chose "horror & macabre" because of what the make-up is based off of - the sugar skulls from the Day of the Dead.

Ooh, I LOVE her hair.

The makeup is very well done. It looks a little bit like something a kid would get done at a craft fair though. Don't get me wrong, it IS nice, just take out the red squiggles and the web and it'd look more sophisticated. I always do love your makeup ideas, especially the most recent ones.

good job!

Thank you. ;) .. Angelika did all of her own make-up, and it's based on the sugar skulls and traditions of the Mexican Day of the Dead. [link] - it's very colorful. ^-^ A lot of them actually have flowers and stars decorating them.
